Senior Chef de Partie – Fine Dining, Canapés & High-Volume Service
£36,000 per annum + Overtime | Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm
Join a highly skilled brigade of nine chefs delivering exceptional fine‑dining cuisine, from refined plated dishes to premium canapés and high‑end hospitality events. We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie who combines precision, creativity and leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen.
This Monday–Friday, daytime role offers an excellent work–life balance without compromising on culinary standards, ideal for a chef looking to progress within a polished, professional environment.
You will take full ownership of your section, leading the preparation of luxury canapés, bowl food and event menus, while supporting junior team members and maintaining consistently high standards across service.
