Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor maintenance such as strainer cleaning, filter/screen change, coolant/lubricants top up and hose connection etc.
- Perform checks, start-up, and shutdown operations on process equipment such as pumps and compressors as per Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions.
- Isolating piping systems for plant start-up, shutdowns, product grade change and troubleshooting operations.
- Adjusting process parameters to optimize process operations under supervision of Supervisors.
- Collect process samples from assigned sampling points in a safe manner.
- Able to work in a laboratory environment performing in process sample testing to ensure product quality.
- Commissioning and de-commissioning of process equipment.
- Performing emergency shutdown of process equipment.
- Proper handing and blending of non-conforming and off-spec products.
