Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technician (Civils) to join the team. The role will be a key part of the department’s safety function, driving awareness and adherence to a safety-first culture.
In this role you will guide the technical staff in timely completion of daily work and may be designated as the main contact for customer on-site visits.
This position will be based in Dubai, UAE.
Core Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily laboratory workflows, including scheduling staff, managing sample intake, and ensuring expected TAT are met
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement and maintain the laboratory's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025
- Personnel Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor laboratory technicians. This includes documenting their technical training and conducting performance reviews
