Senior Civil Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our client's team in Downers Grove, IL. This role will lead the design and execution of complex industrial structural projects, with a focus on steel and concrete systems in the Power and Oil & Gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead structural design efforts and provide technical guidance throughout all phases of engineering projects
* Serve as a senior reviewer for structural calculations, models, and design deliverables
* Coordinate, review, and approve building design plans to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
* Mentor and train junior engineering staff, providing discipline-specific expertise
