With moderate supervision to manage medium standard (moderate severity / complexity) and complex claims handling Job Accountabilities
Responsible for the complex liability and property claimsProvide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initiativesProvide data analytics for Commercial portfolios Orgranize customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint slidesAssist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks if necessary and also other ad hoc tasksAdhere to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards.Compliance with customer protocols/service charter Job Qualifications
