DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Extensive knowledge of platform system and tools Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs True first level manager Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets Has some authority for personnel actions with support of the director Trains team on best practices to clients Engage with customer to promote software adoption and onboarding strategies Provides renewal sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals A specialist on complex technical and business matters Ensure the CRM team is fully trained on our products and services to effectively cross sell our suite of products Supervise the crafting of proposals, identification of at‑risk partnerships, resolution of dilemmas and identification of growth opportunities Liaise with Product team and ensure prioritization of partner facing initiatives.
