OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION
This position provides on-site and clinical application support to customers within the assigned territory, to ensure clinical excellence, optimal technical adoption of ICL technologies, and scientific development within the region by delivering specialized training, advanced clinical application support, and technical advisory services to surgeons and clinical teams.
TASKS
- Deliver on-site and remote product training to surgeons (MDs), optometrists (ODs), and clinical staff.
- Lead ICL certification processes and perform proctoring when required.
- Conduct educational workshops and clinical training sessions at designated centers.
- Support surgeons throughout their learning curve to ensure proper clinical application of ICL technology.
