The Virtual Health consisting of Telemedicine, Clinical Communication Centre and Virtual ward are integral parts of the trust clinical flow to ensure all patients receive the right care at the right place at the right time. they are parts of the trust left shift to ensure patients are cared for in the community where possible
Main duties of the job
The Virtual Health Hub has just received substantive funding after a successful pilot to the Telemedicine, Clinical Communication Centre and Virtual ward.
What we are looking for:
Experienced clinicians with clinical knowledge in the care and management of the acutely ill/complex care/palliative care/intermediate care patient within and outside the hospital.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly self-motivated.
