- Analyse and extract diagnostic and procedural information from electronic patient records, case notes, and other systems.
- Assign appropriate codes using ICD-10 and OPCS classifications.
- Provide accurate data for local and national comparative/planning purposes, Clinical Governance, and Finance.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical coding in accordance with national standards.
