- Take ownership of territory sales performance and achieve agreed revenue targets through strategic account development, case coverage, and proactive identification of new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans by expanding utilization among existing surgeons while actively onboarding new surgeons and hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with spinal surgeons, neurosurgeons, hospital administrators, and operating theatre teams to drive product adoption and loyalty.
