Main duties of the job
- To lead, deliver, develop and evaluate general clinical pharmacy services in accordance with the objectives and priorities agreed between the post holder, Chief Pharmacist and Clinical Services Manager to ensure safe, clinically effective, and cost efficient use of medicines.
- To be a valued member of the clinical pharmacy team, work closely with the multi-disciplinary teams to provide a consistently highly specialist pharmaceutical service to patients on acute wards.
