Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise CNC programs
- Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements with tight tolerances
- Select optimal cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies for exotic materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, aluminium alloys)
- Drive improvements in cycle time, tool life, and machining efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Provide technical guidance to machinists and operators on setup and machining processes
- Utilise advanced CAD/CAM software
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Precision Engineering
- At least 5 years of CNC programming experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
- Strong Expertise in CNC Programming
