Role Description:
The Senior Commercial Analyst, APAC will support regional M&A origination, commercial development, and strategic initiatives across APAC, with a particular focus on emerging Asian markets. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, the role involves evaluating investment and growth opportunities, conducting financial and commercial analysis, assessing macroeconomic and geopolitical trends, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Essential Functions:
- Support M&A origination efforts across APAC, including market mapping, target screening, financial analysis, and preparation of investment materials
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, valuation analyses, scenario assessments, and strategic business cases
