Job Description
You’ll convert incident reports (water, fire, mold, natural disasters) into profitable projects and fast, clean claim closures. Acting as the link between field crews, finance/claims, and clients, you will:
Scout new business from industry reports and partners.
Draft clear, competitive proposals and budgets.
Negotiate scope, timelines, and pricing until everyone signs.
Launch and steer operations, hitting deadlines and quality targets.
Track project P&L, flag variances, and protect margins.
Keep clients informed, invoices moving, and documentation flawless.
Report weekly on pipeline, performance, and forecasts, recommending improvements.
Must-Have Requirements
- Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel whenever projects demand it.
- Previous work at mitigation, restoration, or insurance-claims companies.
- Proven experience supporting teams remotely (proposals, coordination, pipeline tracking).
