Job Description
Analyze and prepare credit information to support lending decisions for new and existing commercial banking loans and credit solutions within an assigned client portfolio. Deliver policy-compliant credit recommendations while leading projects and initiatives focused on enhancing credit quality, optimizing ROE, and maintaining exceptional client service across USCB.
+ Minimizes BMO’s risk exposure by adhering to internal credit policies and procedures with respect to lending decisions, regulatory standards, and operational guidelines
+ Strong operational understanding of commercial loan agreements, including structure, repayment terms, covenants, collateral, and amendments
+ Independently perform/approve financial covenant compliance calculations and verify collateral margining to assess credit quality and borrowing base availability.
