Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Well Testing operations, including Surface Well Testing and Drill Stem Testing (DST)
- Proven experience in project planning, coordination, and execution of offshore well testing operations
- Strong knowledge of well testing equipment, operational procedures, and HSE practices
- Experience in offshore supervision and capable of leading operational activities during offshore campaigns
- Able to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills during operations
- Familiar with operational reporting, risk assessment, and compliance with client/company standards
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willing and fit to work offshore as required
