About the opportunity
You will support the uplift of SkyCity’s Host Responsibility risk management framework by developing risk assessments to identify gaps, assess emerging risks, and contribute to effective mitigation strategies, implementing and testing controls to ensure they remain robust, effective, and aligned with regulatory expectations. You will drive compliance improvements by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, documentation, and reporting. You will also play a key role in supporting governance uplift through the preparation of high quality board ready papers, maintenance of corporate registers, coordination of delegations, and ongoing review and communication of Host Responsibility policies, procedures, and SOPs.
