We are partnering with a reputable insurance firm to hire a
Senior Compliance Manager
to strengthen its compliance and financial crime framework. This is a broad, hands‑on role with exposure across advisory, AML/CFT, governance, and regulatory engagement.
Key Responsibilities Provide oversight and guidance on AML/CFT matters, including reviewing higher‑risk transactions and supporting suspicious activity reporting Advise business teams on regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to applicable laws, guidelines, and internal policies Support the development and enhancement of compliance frameworks, policies, and monitoring programmes Manage regulatory reporting, audits, and ongoing engagements with regulators and industry bodies Promote a strong compliance culture through training, awareness, and stakeholder collaboration
