Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the corporate compliance and data privacy program.Lead compliance initiatives, awareness campaigns, training activities, and promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization.Provide compliance and data privacy advice on moderately to highly complex matters, including regulatory interpretation and risk mitigation.Manage compliance processes and systems, including third-party due diligence, sensitive transaction approvals, and compliance assurance activities.Draft, review, and update compliance-related policies, procedures, manuals, guidelines, and reports in line with applicable laws and regulations.Lead compliance risk assessments, investigations, and testing of compliance process effectiveness, including preparation of findings and recommendations.Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO...
