Key Responsibilities:
• Advise and guide the Board on compliance and governance
• Oversee the operational performance of the community
• Mentor and develop on-site property management staff
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Manage and prepare financial documents and budgets
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of condominium property management experience
• CMRAO General License is essential
• Proven history with large-scale communities
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
