Job Description
Qualifications:
At least ten (10) years of experience meeting the position description and demonstrating experience with at least one of the listed specialized skills or codes under the position description.
Responsibilities:
The appropriate candidate must be able to:
- Perform Surveillance of construction projects and delivering findings to USACE-COR.
- Deliver surveillance reports on all phases of construction for compliance with plans and specifications in respect to workmanship, materials, installation, and construction methods to government personnel.
- Become familiar with contract plans and specifications related to all phases of construction and deliver recommendations of any necessary changes to government personnel.
