We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to perform an independent technical assessment of two existing studies related to the future-proofing of a large administrative building in Brussels. The mission focuses on building engineering, energy performance improvements, and compliance with Brussels energy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a desk study focused on building envelope performance, electrical installations, and lighting systems (LED retrofits, daylight and occupancy controls)
- Analyse technical documentation, as-built files, inspection reports, and existing engineering studies
