Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic construction manager to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, develop and deliver an overall construction strategy, and review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Hire and manage subcontractors and staff, prepare and submit budgets, and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Ensure value maximization, protect the client's reputation, mitigate risks, manage interfaces, and maintain required project controls.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a construction manager, managing and leading a team on construction sites.
