Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary: The Senior Construction Manager - Scaffolding Works is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating scaffolding construction operations at project sites. The role ensures that all scaffolding activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local regulatory standards such as MOM, BCA, WSH Act, and industry best practices. The position also oversees project teams, subcontractors, timelines, resources, and cost controls. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Lead and manage scaffolding projects from planning to completion. Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements. Plan scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling schedules. Ensure proper coordination with clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors.
