:8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management required, including leading complex, multi-site projects and managing budgets, schedules, and contract/change processes through closeout.
Preferred experience in the petroleum industry and building retail/restaurant facilities, including coordination of specialized systems and regulatory requirements.
Deep knowledge of retail and food service equipment, fixtures, building systems, and infrastructure, with the ability to translate operational requirements into executable scopes.
Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with strong prioritization, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through; mentors others on project controls and best practices.
