Key skills required: We are looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer with 58 years of experience in marketing technology and customer data platforms. The candidate will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing real-time customer data solutions and cross-channel journey orchestration within the Adobe ecosystem. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, solution design capability, and the ability to work closely with business and marketing stakeholders. Design and implement scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Develop, configure, and optimize cross-channel journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Design XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and Real-Time Customer Profiles. Good SQL handson Strong knowledge of XDM modelling, identity graphs, profile datasets, and activation workflows.
