Qualifications Minimum 5+ years experience in the inbound tourism / DMC sector In-depth knowledge of Southern Africa destinations, including South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mozambique Strong product knowledge of lodges, hotels, and experiential travel offerings Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple requests, and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. Proven, hands‑on experience using WETU itinerary building platform Strong working knowledge of Xcel/Xcell systems for quoting, costing, and itinerary management Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international clients and agents Strong sales ability with a demonstrated understanding of how to effectively sell Southern Africa as a destination, including key regions, experiences, and product differentiation.
