We are the AI Hub delivering advisory services focused on data architecture and data-driven transformation.
We work closely with client and internal stakeholders, including cybersecurity and data protection teams, data analysts, and data scientists to ensure use cases have a solid foundation and deliverables meet expectations.
We support organizations in designing and delivering next‑generation data platforms to accelerate analytics, decision‑making, and innovation. Our work typically includes assessing architecture maturity, defining target‑state data platform blueprints, and building pragmatic roadmaps that cover governance, protection, migration, and cloud enablement. We deliver in a consulting environment that requires strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordination across service lines when integrated delivery is needed.
