In this role you will support executive search engagements across North America’s Financial Services industry, driving a world‑class client and candidate experience and building lasting relationships with executive talent.
Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Assist with proposals, engagement letters, client presentations and other external communications.
- Build and maintain client and candidate databases; manage data and produce analytical reports.
- Conduct industry‑specific research from primary and secondary sources to generate new leads.
Executive Search Delivery
- Support the entire recruitment process at every stage.
- Create job postings and executive packages for candidates.
