Senior Consultant – recruitment partner focusing on startup to Fortune-level recruiting for executive and senior roles. Based in Helsinki or Tampere.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned clients, from prospecting to placing candidates.
- Prospect new business and develop client relationships, using both active sourcing and lead-based outreach.
- Drive client engagement and maintain a consistent pipeline of assignments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to close offers and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a high-performing recruiter, preferably in the Finnish market.
- Strong sales mindset with ability to sell and bring in new business.
- Experience in recruiting across multiple industries or deep expertise in IT or other specialized roles.
