Service Catalogue Senior Consultant

This an exciting role that will give an experienced Service Catalogue expert the opportunity to join a global Service Provider who champion a healthy work-life balance. 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing service offerings & service update information to customers, creating service catalogue plans, ensuring those plans are maintained, design of the Service Catalogue, as well as gap analysis and due diligence throughout the design phase. 

Required Experience:

  • Strong experience in building out and publishing a Service Catalogue in ServiceNow.
  • Strong experience in analysing current Service Catalogue toolin g, ensuring it is suitably configured.
  • Strong experience in defining Demand and Service Fulfilment Processes.
  • Ability to multi-task across various functions and contexts.
