The business operates at the intersection of deep consulting expertise and proprietary SaaS technology, partnering with financial institutions across asset management, capital markets, banking and insurance to deliver complex strategic transformation.
What you'll do
- Partner with financial institutions to diagnose operating model challenges and define the strategic response.
- Own the design and delivery of target operating models across strategy and operations.
- Drive transformation programmes end-to-end — from roadmap and scoping through to embedded execution.
