Your Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory work across a diverse client base.

You will:

  • Prepare and deliver income tax returns across a broad range of clients covering corporate, international and private groups, including companies and trusts
  • Deliver income tax-focused advisory work across a range of areas, such as business/group restructures, mergers and acquisitions and international expansion
  • Support ATO reviews and audits through preparation of technical responses and documentation
  • Consider key income tax issues such as capital gains tax rollovers, tax consolidation, tax loss utilisation, Division 7A, thin capitalisation and significant global entities
  • Be involved in the delivery of tax risk management and governance frameworks for businesses & groups
