Khatib & Alami is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role requires extensive expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract management for building and villa projects.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and have 10–15 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE practices is essential, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
