Job Summary
The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for development, negotiation and maintenance of contracts and related documents according to applicable regulations and standards in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Identifies opportunities, issues and risks in document development and negotiates with external parties, legal and sales teams to ensure contracts meet business goals and requirements. Maintains the contract management process including participating in operational improvement efforts to ensure efficient contract execution and archiving. Recognized as a subject matter expert. Conducts highly complex work with extensive latitude for independent judgement. particularly as it relates to risk management and work prioritization.
