We are looking for a
Senior Contracts Executive cum Project Manager
to manage both commercial andproject coordination matters for residential construction, renovation, A&A,interior fit-out, carpentry, and builder works projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have strong QS experience and hands-on project coordination ability. He or she must be able to handle quantity take-off, quotations, procurement, subcontractor management, variation claims, progress claims, cost control, site coordination, client liaison, and project close-out. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimates, quotations, BOQs, and cost breakdowns. Review drawings, specifications, scope of works, and tender documents. Source and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare quotation comparison sheets and procurement recommendations. Assist in contract administration, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and variation orders. Prepare and track progress claims, variation cl...
