Job Description
Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- Must have 10+ years of experience in construction/project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Must have strong multidisciplinary experience across structural works, cost management, and finishing.
- Must have experience in residential projects.
- Must have extensive Building experience.
- Must have strong exposure to concrete works, steel structures, high‑end finishing works, and industrial‑style architectural finishes.
- Must have a strong understanding of structural systems and construction methodologies.
- Must have expertise in finishing works and detailing.
- Must have cost control and contract management experience.
- Must be able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
