Trevett are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to deliver the Hard FM Services to a portfolio of Healthcare accounts. The client is a specialist M&E Building Services Contractor with the PPM maintenance engineering contracts for NHS sites across London and the Southeast, with project work in addition.
We are recruiting for someone with experience of delivering a first‑class technical services contract within a Healthcare / hospital setting, with a solid understanding of working to HTM standards within M&E maintenance and engineering.
Skills Required:
- Focal to ensuring assigned contracts are provided the existing/needed operational and technical standard of service delivery across all works on site.
