We are seeking a commercially minded contracts professional who can manage end-to-end contracting, partner with operational stakeholders, and keep contract governance tight in a fast-paced setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the contract lifecycle: scope review, tendering support, evaluation, negotiation, award, variations and close-out
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial terms (risk, pricing, delivery, performance and compliance)
- Provide practical contracting advice to operational and project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and contract registers
- Support supplier performance conversations and resolve contractual issues/claims as required
