Your Responsibilities
- Full financial ownership of the Aftersales business across multiple brands
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes across service, parts, and accessories
- Monitor and analyse margins, revenue, and overall financial performance to ensure business objectives are met
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports on profitability, cost trends, and performance KPIs
- Coordinate and review warranty and service contract reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate processing
