We are seeking an experienced
Senior Controller
to play a critical leadership role in strengthening financial governance, reporting, and controllership across a complex, multi‑entity organization with Canadian and U.S. operations. This role works in close partnership with the Director of Finance and senior leaders and is ideal for a seasoned Controller who enjoys accountability, complexity, and being a trusted final reviewer before financial results move to leadership. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Owning and overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close across multiple entities Reviewing consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and variance analysis Leading audit readiness and execution, and acting as a key contact for external auditors Ensuring strong internal controls, governance, and financial discipline across the organization Partnering closely with Accounting leadership to drive accuracy, clarity, and continuous improvemen...
