- Experienced in making deep-fried dough sticks for many years.
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Capable of preparing Douhua (tofu pudding) and soybean milk in high-temperature kitchen environments.
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
- Possess high stamina for long working shifts.
- Track inventory stock in kitchen and conduct daily orders.
- Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
- Constantly rectify and improve issues/procedures to improve food standard.
