Job Description
Permanent position at Boon Tat Street. Split shift, 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays. Salary up to $2300 plus voluntary benefits.
Responsibilities- Understand basic food handling, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Follow all instructions given by direct superior and the head chef.
- Assist chefs in rolling the operation, maintaining cleanliness, and inventory listing.
- Cook and prepare a variety of food products as directed by the Chef De Partie and the head chef.
- Comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Portion foods and products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
- Prepare at any station required.
- Inform supervisors when supplies are low or equipment is not working properly.
