Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on federal, state, and local labor and employment law, advising senior leadership and business teams on a wide range of workplace legal issues including hiring, performance management, terminations, wage and hour compliance, benefits, leave administration, accommodations, workplace investigations, employee relations, global mobility, pay equity, and transparency.
- Partner with People, Product, and Marketing teams to provide risk‑balanced guidance and help reach decisions in complex situations.
- Draft employment‑related agreements, templates, policies, and forms such as leave of absence policies, employment agreements, separation agreements, and other related documents.
- Prepare and deliver training on employment law topics for managers and business leaders.
