Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
Senior Corporate Counsel will support the strategic objectives of Knotel by providing pragmatic and solutions-focused legal advice whilst identifying and appropriately managing risk on all legal aspects of Knotel's commercial operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Negotiating contracts for new partnerships, renewals, amendments and the offering of Knotel products and services.
- Draft, review, and finalise through negotiation contracts and transactional documentation
- Engage with the commercial team leading negotiations with landlords and clients
- Identify areas for learning and development and provide training or coaching to improve
- Advising on strategic and legal issues, including providing clear and constructive advice on a range of queries from the business related to facilities management, project management, and consulting services
