We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate practice within their Dubai office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded international Corporate team, advising clients on both transactional and advisory matters. The candidate will advise on large scale complex cross-border M&A, venture capital, and private equity. Their duties will also include drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, managing due diligence, disclosure exercises and closings, and advising on key transaction documents including term sheets, offer letters, subscription agreements,
The candidate will play a key role in supporting companies in all stages of their lifecycle, acting for many high-value investments. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while managing client relationships.
