Are you a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal with deep experience supporting venture-backed companies, corporate transactions, and securities compliance? Trustpoint.One has joined forces with a leading AmLaw firm in their search for an exceptional professional to join a busy, thriving and growing team. The Corporate Paralegal will play a critical role in managing complex corporate matters from formation through financing, governance, and ongoing compliance.
- Location: Palo Alto/San Francisco or Los Angeles. Role is Office-Based (Must Be Commutable)
- Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Availability for paid overtime is a must !
- Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Experience: 10+ Years of Corporate Paralegal Experience, ideally from a leading law firm
