Job Description
This well-established Glasgow law firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Corporate solicitor to join its team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years PQE, be West of Scotland based, have something of a following and a keen interest in business development.
The role will involve instructing on mergers and acquisitions, investments and management buyouts, both domestically and internationally, as well advising clients on private equity investments and general corporate governance issues.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor who is keen to progress to partner.
