Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement presentation, with a focus on Supply Chain accounting
- Partner with Purchasing function to forecast demand and process site-based purchase orders
- Drive improvement in financial operation metrics, with a focus on Inventory Months-on-Hand and A/R Turnover
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Develop and maintain internal control framework
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Mentor finance team members
- Collaborate with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit
