Job Description
Develop and maintain detailed cost control systems to monitor project budgets and expenditures effectively.
Analyze project data and variances to provide actionable insights that drive cost efficiency and financial performance.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish cost baselines and track progress against them.
Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports highlighting key metrics and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cost control within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
- Experience with cost estimation software and ERP systems, particularly Primavera P6 and SAP.
